Complaints, Ban and punishment Appeals - Board Rules.



Please read and follow these rules before posting a topic in this section. Failure to comply may result in your post being ignored or removed and could reach to a warning.


0. Use the proper sub-board for your needs
You can find the sub-boards by exiting this topic at the main board, look at the list and pick the right one for your problem to be solved.

1. Use Proper Format
Always follow the required format for appeals or complaints. Templates are provided — incomplete or vague submissions will not be reviewed.


2. Be Respectful & Professional
Do not insult or attack staff, players, or community members. Remain calm and provide facts. Emotional or aggressive posts will be locked.


3. No False Claims or Fabrication
Knowingly posting false accusations or manipulated evidence will result in disciplinary action.


4. Only Involved Parties May Reply
If you are not directly involved in the case, do not comment. Irrelevant replies will be removed and may lead to a warning.


5. Evidence is Mandatory
Include screenshots, video, logs, or other clear proof to support your appeal or report. Claims without evidence may be dismissed.


6. Do Not Spam Appeals
One appeal per punishment. Reposting the same issue without new evidence or significant updates is considered spam.


7. Respect Staff Decisions
Once a final decision is made by staff member, do not continue arguing or re-appealing unless given permission.


8. Use English Only
To ensure clarity for all staff, all appeals and complaints must be written in English.


9. Timely Appeals Only
You must appeal or report within a reasonable timeframe after the incident (e.g., within 14 days), unless exceptional circumstances apply.
