Staff Duties

- DD – Discord Manager (Handles discord improvements and moderation)
- ARM – Account Recovery Manager (Handles lost account cases and access recovery)
- BAM – Ban Appeal Manager (Deals with ban appeals from players)
- CM – Complaints Manager (Manages player and staff complaints)
- GM – Guiders Manager (Supervises guider system and training)
- DM – Duties Manager (Assigns duties across teams and departments)
- FBM – Forum Board Manager (Manages forum boards and structure)
- FMM – Forum Membership Moderators (Manages member roles/ranks)
- PAA – Punishment Appeal Associate (Helps with punishment review cases)
- QAM – Quality Assurance Manager (Monitors bug reports & testing progress)
- TPM – Translation Progress Manager (Handles server translations)
Staff Code of Conduct (the following rules apply not only to Staff Team but to any position in server that holds special access or is leading players.
A) Don't jump to conclusions, gather sufficient evidence first.
B) If you have a problem, raise it with whoever it may concern.
C) Set a good example.
D) Do not abuse or misuse your powers.
E) If you join a group you mustn't get involved in any appeals or complaints of its members. Any other in-game team may be considered as a conflict of interest when proved to be multiple occurences of wrongdoing.
F) When warning somebody for a post on the forum, delete the post(s) afterwards to prevent multiple warnings being issued.
G) Ban reasons must be detailed and reflect the actual ban reason. Ban durations must be consistent.
H) Comply with any reasonable instruction given by a higher level member of staff.
I) Anything which is private must remain private unless stated.
J) Treat everyone fairly and how you'd expect to be treated yourself.
K) You must not be dishonest.

Guiders – Assist non-English speakers & new players
Gulf Radio / DJs – Provide entertainment via radio shows
Translators – Translate server content and forums other language as moderator if needed
Punishment Appeal Managers – Handle disputes for mutes, jails, bans
