📝 Use this template if you received a warning or infraction on the forums and believe it was unfair or should be reconsidered. Read the board rules before posting.

2. Date of Warning Issued:
(Approximate date when you received the warning)


3. Reason for Warning (as stated):
(Copy the reason listed in the warning message, if available)


4. Staff Member Who Issued the Warning (if known):
(Optional – Leave blank if unsure)


5. Your Explanation:
(Explain your side. Why do you believe the warning was a mistake or too harsh?)


6. Why Should the Warning Be Removed?:
(Give a reasoned justification. For example: misunderstanding, first-time offense, miscommunication, etc.)

(Screenshots, message links, or anything relevant that supports your case)
